chest strap to keep things secure. There's soft, comfortable Aquafoam
flotation foam as well to keep the wearer's head above water, and
SOLAS-grade 6755 3M™ Scotchlite™ reflective stripes for excellent
hi-vis performance in the murkiest water. US Coast Guard approved Type
III/V device.
